    Itinerary

    Day 1Tangier – Asilah

    We pick you up from the airport / riad, we will leave you part of the morning free to explore the city. Tangier is known as “the door of Africa”, one of the most vibrant and mysterious inresantes cities of Morocco. (Visit to Café Hafa). We headed to Asilah, performing before a visit to the Caves of Hercules. According to legend, this is where the mythical figure of Hercules rested after doing his homework. The entrance to the cave faces the Atlantic and floods during high tides. The views within the offers are an experience. Arrival in Asilah, a small coastal city, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in northern Morocco, with its small clean medina characterized by blue houses and gaze decorated with colorful drawings.

    Day 2Asilah- Rabat

    After breakfast we will leave towards Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Arrival in Rabat: known as the City of Gardens. It is the administrative capital of Morocco. It is both a modern and traditional city, a dynamic mix of ancient and modern culture. Surrounded by hills. The city itself is elegant, with harmonious gardens. Free time to explore the city.

    Day 3Rabat- Casablanca.

    We continue our trip along the Atlantic, to Casablanca, the economic capital of the country and the largest city in Morocco. You will have all day to explore the famous Hassan II Mosque, one of the tallest buildings in Africa and the few that does not allow Muslims to visit tourists.

    Day 4Casablanca- Essaouira Costa

    We continue along the Atlantic, enjoying a beautiful coastal landscape of the city of Essaouira.

    Hotel accommodation and free time to explore the city: Heritage, maintains the charm and authenticity of a land lost in time. This is where the Mediterranean ends: the last fortress walled on the Atlantic coast. Essaouira bay, bathed by the waves of the Mogador Islands, is a paradise for fans of wind sports.

    Day 5Lake Geneva and Château de Chillon

    It’s market day in Lausanne! Enjoy browsing and packing a picnic lunch for our 11 a.m. boat cruise on Lake Geneva. A few miles down-shore we’ll dock at Château de Chillon, where we’ll have a guided tour of this delightfully medieval castle on the water. On our way back we’ll take time to peek into the vineyards surrounding Lutry before returning to Lausanne. Boat: 2 hrs. Bus: 1 hr. Walking: moderate.

    Day 5Essaouira- Marrakech.

    Breakfast at the hotel. Free time for one last walk through the Medina of Essaouira, before leaving for Marrakech. Arrival in Marrakech and transfer to the Riad. Free day to make a return and contact with the place.

    Day 6Marrakech (Guided tour if desired or on your own)

    Free day to continue describing the many corners that make up the city: One of the four imperial cities of Morocco. Famous for having many monuments recognized as a world heritage site and its famous Jemaa el Fna square. You will be able to go to its different and characteristic neighborhoods, Mellah (the Jewish quarter) … or take you through the narrow streets of the Medina, to Jmaa el Fna, scene of endless outdoor activities: jugglers, fakirs, enchanting snakes, aromas, flavors and colors that characterize it.

    Day 7Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou- Dades Gorges

    In the morning departure from Marrakech to the Gorges of Dades. On the way we will cross the High Atlas and Tizi n’Tichka port (2,260m altitude). We visit two of the best known and best preserved Kasbahs. The first one, the Kasbah of Telouet, inside which Glaoui Palace hides.There we will find carved cedar ceilings and rooms with decoration too. Then leave the path to follow the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987) in which many famous films such as “Gladiator”, “the mother”, “the kingdom of heaven” are recorded ”And (converted into Yunkai and Pentos). We continue the journey through the valley of the roses of the Dades Gorges, where the “Route of the Thousand Kasbahs” begins.Dades Valley accommodations and dinner at the Riad.

    Day 8Dades Gorges - Todra Gorge - Merzouga

    Breakfast in Riad. We go to the Todra Gorge, where you can take a pleasant walk between its canyon walls that impose more than 300 meters, until the exit to the desert through the palm grove of Tafilalet. Arrive at the hotel in the standing dunes, where you can walk through the fine sand of Erg Chebbi, relax and enjoy this stunning landscape. In the evening, you can savor a delicious Moroccan dish.Dinner and overnight at. Hotel.

    Day 9Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Khamlia – Merzouga.

    After an abundant Moroccan breakfast, we will go up to the 4×4 to begin our return around the dunes of Erg Chebbi, desert-populated region of sand: Among the many stops that await you, discover how and where nomadic families and Small desert villages, inevitable stop on the way to Khamlia village of people from Sudan, which will make us enjoy a good concert of Gnawa music, while savoring a delicious tea.     Day 10Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt.

    We woke up early in the morning to see another great show among the dunes of the Moroccan Sahara: the spectacular sunrise (sunrise). Once again you will embark on your dromedaries for another route back to the hotel. Breakfast and shower, and continued on our way to Rissani. Where to walk through what is known as the south of the country, where the traditional largest souk in south east Morocco, and is traded with all kinds of crafts, food and animals more authentic. We continue through Erfoud, the ancient desert gate, famous for the work of the city fossils, crossing the impressive Ziz valley with its palm trees, reaching Midelt.

    Day 11Midelt – Meknes – Fez

    Breakfast and departure to the city of Meknes, where we will visit the door of mansour and bab lkhmis and the famous Roman ruins of Volubilis. Then we will continue our trip to Fez.

    Day 12Fez (guided tour – the patrimony of humanity if desired and only on your own)

    All day free to explore Fez: Another of the four imperial cities of Morocco is considered the religious and cultural center of the country. You have time to walk around and get to know its different districts, the new zone or Fez Jdid, where the Mellah (the Jewish quarter), the Ville Nouvelle (New Villa) French zone in the northeast of the city and, of course, Fez el -Bali, the old town, within the walls.
