10 Days from Tangier Chefchaouen Fes Merzouga, this tour from tangier will take you in magical adventure from tangier to sahara desert and marrakech via blue city and fes.
Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen:
We will meet at the port or at your hotel or airport and travel to the small blue fortress city called Chefchaouen. Its buildings and houses are painted blue and white and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the Rif mountains. You will have free time to explore on your own Chefchaouen.
We spent tonight at local Riad in the Medina.
Day 2: Chefchouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez:
After breakfast, we will continue our way to the archaeological site of Volubilis where you can explore the famous Roman ruins. Then we go to Meknes to visit the imperial city and its most interesting monuments. Later in the afternoon we will arrive in Fez, where we will spend the night in local Riad.
Day 3: Full day explorative journey of Fez:
This day will be very cultural. you will discover the city with a local guide. Fez is considered as one of the oldeste imperial cities in Morocco. It is the first political, religious and cultural capital. We will begin the visit through the Golden Gates of the Royal Palace. Then, we will visit the wall that encloses an impressive and ancient medina, where you will be admidred spiritual beauty. There we will discover mosques and Medersas, and religious places until it flows into the town of the tanners. After lunch, we will visit the artisans’ neighborhood more. We will stay in Riad.
Day 4: Fez – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga:
We will leave from Fez to the Middle Atlas to visit Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Africa. There we will meet the Berber people Azrou “the rock” in berber langauge, then we will arrive in Midelt. We will continue along the Tizi Talghemt or Neck of the Camel, where we will see beautiful landscapes with mountains at 1,907 meters of altitude. Thus we will arrive in Errachidia to live the crossing of the Tafilalet massif to the palm grove of Erfoud. We will continue along the route until we reach the incredible sand dunes of Erg Chebbi next to Merzouga. Tonight we stay in aRiad or hotel.
Day 5: Visit Nomads in the Desert – Camel Trekking – Overnight in Desert camp
After breakfast, we will take you in an explorative journey of the desert by 4×4, taking the “Paris-Dakar Rally route. we will visiting nomads in the deep desert, you will be introduced by berber tea “berber wisky” and you will experience the nomad lifestyle. And visit the oasis where some movies were recorded as “Sahara” and “Aladdin” and many others. We will visit the village of “the blacks”, named for the slave trade they were brought from the Sudan , there you will enjoy the Gnawa Music. In the afternoon you will ride your camels and cross the desert toward the camp. on the way you will be able to contemplate a magnificent sunset. Tonight will be unique, since you will stay in the camp, where we can enjoy music and starry sky that will dazzle you.

Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate:
After breakfast, departure to Rissani, old Sijilmassa, supply center for the old caravans of the Sahara. We continue traveling through a semi-desert landscape, we reach the oasis of Tinghir- one of the most beautiful places in Morocco. Next we pass the Todra river, impressive gorges to reach more than 300 m. We visit the town, we take the road from a thousand Kasbahs to Ouarzazate, to reach one of the most important cities in southern Morocco, known for its intense activity and cinematography, having its films credit as Gladiator, Troy, the Mummy etc. Visit of the Kasbah of Taurirt.
We will enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech:
After breakfast, we will tour the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, where multiple films such as “Lawrence of Arabia” “Babel” and “Gladiator” have been recorded. Then, we will go to Marrakech over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N´Tichka Pass. Along the way we will observe Berber villages and farms. We will arrive in Marrakech at the end of the day, where we will spend the night.
Day 8: The Guided Tour of Marrakech:
After breakfast we spend full day excursion to visit Marrakech. The stories tell that the city was inhabited by a tribe on the other side of the Atlas, with large amounts of dates, and bones, born from a palm. Called “the red city” due to the color of its walls and full of gardens, watered by underground wells (khettaras), which were built by the Almoravids and Saharan nomads in the 11th century. We will visit Menara, the Kasbah, the Saadi Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia, the Majorelle gardens and souks, are some of the unavoidable visits. A unique experience will be to discover the “Djemaa El Fna” square, where the life and activity of the city is concentrated: dancers, storytellers, jugglers, artisans, merchants and snake charmers.

Day 9: Essaouira excursion.
We will start our trip from Marrakech at 8am. We will go to Essaouira, perfect city for adventurers. We will observe their factories where wood is worked, Argan oil cooperatives and carpets. We will return a cooperative of women. There they will show us how they make Argan oil. Upon arriving in the city, we will visit the incredible Medina of Essaouira, where we will also pass through the port. Then we will enjoy a lunch of fresh grilled fish in the typical restaurants of the port. Later we returned to Marrakech,

Day 10: Marrakech:
